Drafting and Documentation:
- Prepare clear and concise legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and reports.
- Support due diligence processes by compiling, organizing and reviewing necessary documentation.
- Ensure legal templates are updated and aligned with current laws regulations.
Client Acquisition and Retention:
- Support efforts to identify potential clients and contribute to client relationship management.
- Assist in the development of proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate on marketing initiatives to position Quwa Legal as a trusted legal partner for startups and SMEs.
Representation and Networking:
- Represent Quwa Legal at events, conferences, and meetings enhance the firm’s visibility.
- Build relationships with industry stakeholders and contribute to expanding the firm’s professional network.
Database and Knowledge Management:
- Establish and maintain an organized system for storing and tracking legal research, case files, and precedents.
- Ensure all records are securely stored and accessible for the team.
